CUSTOMER CONSULTANTS (English, Mandarin, Cantonese speaking)
Responsibilities:

Responsible for delivering our international shipping booking service to our global consumers mainly by phone but also by email, as directed by Customer Service Manager. You proactively align your service approach to our international customers, develop in-depth understanding and empathy with our international consumers and build a relationship with them to ensure they develop trust in our brand.

You will work closely with our other customer facing service functions in Shenzhen, Malaysia/United Kingdom/Australia to help and guide our global consumers effectively through their service booking processes with Seven Seas Worldwide to ensure smooth collection and delivery of their personal effects. You will effectively handle incoming and outgoing customer communication and must display excellent communications and language skills.

Requirements:
Who we are looking for

Qualified to diploma/degree level or equivalent with at least one year work experience with global customers especially in hospitality, banking or any service sector that has direct face to face dealing with customers.

Your spoken English, Mandarin, Cantonese must be excellent. Please do not apply if you are not totally fluent in one of this languages as it is a requirement for the position

You have worked extensively with international customers; consumers preferably; experience with purely national customers will not be considered

You must have and be able to demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and accountability and take ownership of problem solving proactively

You must have experience of having worked in a business; Call Centre experience alone is not sufficient and your application will not succeed

You have a real can-do attitude and are focused on achieving results

You are detail orientated and can think broadly

You are expected to work shift hours on a weekly rotational basis including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays
